A new establishment in Eagan is a worthy contender in the food and beverage category. In a crowded field of breweries, burger joints and pubs, it’s a breath of fresh air to find an establishment that doesn’t try to reinvent the wheel. One of the few holdouts is Kitchen and Rail. This is a good thing given the restaurant’s stellar menu. Keeping the hors es in mind, Kitchen and Rail has a lot to look forward to in the coming months. For now, the best of the best is the main course, accompanied by a solid libation. Of course, Kitchen and Rail has also been known to cater to the late night crowd, who knows, you might just walk into the kitchen and leave with the last of your hors es.
